It is delivered to the Latvian Office of Citizenship and Migration (OCMA), which also assesses it. The consulate charges 80 euros in fees. Additionally, there are 15 euros in legislative fees. The student is only given a type D student visa if the residence permit has been approved by the Office of Citizenship and Migration (OCMA). Make careful you apply for the student visa and residence permit as soon as possible because the entire process can take more than 40 days.
